REALLY,....? NO issues eh...?

Big Smile< ahahahahahahHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAAHHHAHAHAHAHAHhahahahaaaaaaa.......

So I'm on the phone with a 'supervisor' at Party Poker about an issue with tourney tickets I won. He told me that his tech department has advised him that there are NO issues with the PP software...

I then asked him to open the email containing the screen shot of the tourney lobby I played in the other day that they asked me to send them.

There were about 70 or 80 entrants, not 32, and about 18 or 20 places paid out in that tourney but the payout section says there were 9 positions paid.

I finished in 5th and got $3.75, not $5

He was lost for words...

I told him his tech department was either incompetant,...or lieing to cover up their incompetance...

No matter how you look at it,...BOTH their software AND tech department are full of glitches.... Confused

I have a lot of issues with PP software. After chat with support from PP I have reinstalled client but still sometimes I can't play. I have very good internet connection and I can't play only on PP. Aww crap!

Right as I type this, at 10:37 pm here,...there are over 81,000 players on PokerStars,...but ONLY 9,000 on Party Poker...!

Granted,...PS is a much more POPULAR site,...but one major reason folks don't play on PP is all the problems with their software...! PLUS,...in the past, it wasn't compatible with IE, the one browser used by MOST computer users...!

I just CANNOT believe the guy had either the knutzzzzz, or the 'ignorance of the glitches' to tell me there is NO problems with their software,....and HE is a SUPERVISOR...??? Confused

I've asked them in the past..."What are you guys trying to do,...DISCOURAGE new users from joining up,...or chasing away the ones you ALREADY have...???" Confused

A whole lot of folks over there need to be REPLACED...! Thumbs Up

I see the problem goes on and on with Party Poker and their software.
It is the first thing a respectable site needs to have right and yet they are failing
so many years to do so. O bet that there are many that left them, due to such issues
so far.

The biggest problems i got with a poker site were with party poker as i probably all remember i told in previous posts...

I also contacted their support back then but they never were able to help me out unfortunately lol

Yeah, and they almost never admit their fault and rather try to convince you, that the problem is on your side.
