actually i think you do.
as in any income you might have.
i dont know the tax percentage in denmark but i know that here it is almost 30%.
I'm not saying I would ever bother to pay taxes on my poker winnings but i Think it's the law.
so contact your local tax office or whatever and ask them what to do with your newfound income. or dont. mostly dont

Are you serious guys? Do they really come to check to check your poker account and make you pay taxes? do they consider your loses of the previuos month and stuff like that or they just tax you?

They wont find out if you use e-wallet for cashouts, and dont register with your own bank.
I use Neteller for example, on neteller i got this Master Card, i can transfer my neteller money to my Master card which i got through neteller.
1 day and i have my winnings and i dont have to pay taxes Cool

Thanks guys... this is a complicated issue for most of us, as the fewest people are aware of the rules...!!
I thought of using neteller as well. Or get them to send me a check Dollar But im curious to know: how do they check if you'r a winning player ? they simply go to your pokeraccount - or maybe even your bankaccount ??

And to actionpoker, sorry to break it to u but your wrong ! try to investigate just a little before u answer - you are suppose to be a reliable source (at least at your own pokerroom/service) Confused

I know if you are in the US and play poker than you have to pay tax but I guess there's some work arounds that you can get away without paying taxes.

I know if you are Canandian and play poker full-time than you're suppose to pay taxes but there are probably some work arounds for that too.
