It would worth it if they made this into one $200 tourey every night instead $25x8/day freeroll. One $200 tourey with a password protection and a dollar or 50c buy-in. Wait a minute, there are already 10-20c toureys on PS with $100-200 gtd money so theres really dont need to play in these BRM frees anymore. Yeah leader.board money is sweet... To the first three, maybe four places. The rest would be really better off financially if they were active forum members here for as long as a leader.board lasts.
I already made a little math about this a few weeks back at some other thread: - max. 5 posts per day on the forum paying out 50 points (10 per every non off-topic post) - 7 days a week, that means you get 350 points every week if you are active here (not counting the calendar winnings) - 4 week a month, you could get between 1200-1400 every month - 3 month worth of activity here will equal around 4000 points which is ~ 40 dollars 3 months is exactly the time that you spend on putting up your name on each of the leader.boards here, just imagine how many hours you could save up every day just writing five posts here instead all that stress and time consuming free.roll battle with some russian prisoner over a couple of dimes.
I mean I know its all relative, but besides the first three places of the leader.boards, everybody would be better off financially coming here crying a river about his/her bad-beats rather than battle day by day waiting to his cents magical add up to a couple dollars.
Now, go and tell them about this and they will think you are an idiot. Im not a math wiz nor an idiot, but sure as s**t all those thousands of people who participates every day in those free-rolls are swimming in the river to a wrong direction and they didnt even want to notice it nor do anything about it...

I have nothing against doing both, I am in no way telling anyone how to spend his/her spare time. Besides you are the doyen of this site - you could do anything
I spoke about the people who really thinks that fighting over cents is helping build their bankroll or getting better at p.oker. I think they would probably better off coming here, where they could be doing both (earning & learning) at the same time. Writing posts or open threads about whatever they want to talk about and asking for help analizing moves and finding the leaks in their game. It a far more less stressfull way making money and learning poker than getting angry after every suckout against rags at the brm frees...
Again my math was about the notion that if you are not that lucky to get into the top5 of the boards you may as well could earn the same amount of money during the same amount of time by simply coming here every day five times for a couple of minutes.
BTW Im not against playing free.rolls overall, its fun or whatnot - Im doing them as well if my time allowing it or Im bored as hell... But even the recreational players have to reckon with how many of their hours were really worth it to spend in front of their p.oker client.

Yeah the leaderboards the bonus, if you win it 5 times, let's say the freerolls you have a chance of being first on the leaderboards. Even with 1 win in the BRM freeroll you have the chance of being in the top 200, but the field is huge I mentioned so you will have to battle for your life and see what luck brings you. Anyway guys have fun at the tables and crush those non-BRM donkeys!
