Is there any time until which I must repay the money, or I do not have to pay them even though I have fulfilled all the conditions for the payment? We are waiting for the payment of WINCAKE for 5 months. How can I defend, no response to my e-mail.

You will need to try again with this message. Decoding gives many interpretations But if you are talking about cash outs from cake poker, i know they are slow some times. But five months is too long for anything.

Yep 5 months is too long if you already verified your account, so you should contact them again as said by the other posters before me!! Or if you know somebody on the forum who knows people at win cake you can ask them if it would be possible to escalate the problems to higher ups to get your payment done. If not then you lose the money and I hope it is not a huge sum and you can get by with losing it.

There are people who have been waiting over a year for their payment. You can see the whole thread on 2+2 forums. I would continue to email them about your payment, but don't keep high hopes.

5 month waiting for a payout was verry unseries, but are you sure, that you fullfill all conditions for a withdraw? Contact the support again and again, perhaps they help you. I have no experience with payouts on this site, but i wish you luck.

From what i remember with cake poker they were always slow in their cash outs. I have a personal experience with it. At a point i was thinking that i wont get anything but they actually paid out. It wasnt that long though.
