Hi...I'm the winner of the facebookparty poker that was posted on june 20 i've been trying to message them in facebook and even use their live chat but they always said that they will look into it it's been a week now already no one contacted me on how to claim my $50 tournament ticket...Anybody here experience this in party pokerfacebook or any of their promotion ??? you can look up their facebook posted on june 20 thats me a confuse winner... LOL.... ok thanks for nothing party poker...

Hi LEOSAM. If party poker have awarded you a prize from the Facebook site, then you will no doubt have included your account name in your post (check that you have). . If not, they will normally message you and ask you to confirm it to them. Once done so, the ticket will be entrered into your 'My Tickets' section of the site.
Where is that? It's simple. Go to the main screen that opens up when you log into party poker, with all the poker games on display. At the bottom of the list, just to the right ochre centre of the screen, the are two or three icons, one in Orange that says, 'My Tournaments' and to its left, fairly faintly, so that you can almost not see it, is another box which says, ''My Tickets'. Click that and your ticket, and any other tickets that you have will be there, and you can use them direct from there.
Additionally in the list of poker games, any that you have a ticket for will have a little ticket next to the buy in column for that game.

The only thing you can do is to contact their support and wish for the best...
I think they will eventually contact you, not sure if you know but the had some software problems this week, thats why i think they did not answer to you yet.

Check your Fb messages too - the ones that don't show up because you arn't friends with them. i found mine in there - they will need your PP name nickname. GL.
