The best thing to do is go to support/chat and ask them.If there has been a mistake they will deal with it quickly.It does say you have 14 days to log in and claim your bonus,initial bonus is $15,I did notice a code BR200 which probably should have been entered when you filled in you personal details. Good luck and I am sure a quick chat with support will give you an answer.

Yeah you need to wait a few days before you get the bonus as this is done manually from winnerpoker side, but you will receive the bonus eventually. If i remember correctly mine took about 1 week and i got the bonus. But if after a few days you still have not receive the bonus i would advice you to contact BRM support or winnerpoker support to help you. But you will get the bonus if you are on the eligible list, so no worries here mate. Anyway have fun at the tables and good luck with the bonus once you get it.
