If they claim to have sent your money through neteller and it isn't in your account then it's indeed scam, there's no delay in receiving funds on neteller, if they had sent it you would have it on your account instantly once processed.
I'd recommend you to post your story on the "biggest poker forum",many people have been able to get their money in similar cases that way. When I'm at home later I could try to get ahold of an agent working with the site, he should be able to get your money off the site pretty easily. However, I'm not sure if any agents work with this site as it's still pretty small (usually they work with other "suspecious" networks that are bigger, like dollaro network)

That would be great and would appreciate it very much BeMyATMplz Yes what you are saying about neteller is correct, as soon as neteller receives confirmation from their merchant "Pokercent" the money would reflect immediately in my neteller account..
Anyways, yes i agree, they have scammed me, i haven't heard any feedback from them in 3 days now. Suppose i found out the hard way, next time i will definitely do my homework before uploading any funds to any new site..

Hi Guys Please be very very careful with pokerCent, they are indeed fraudsters that will go to any length not to pay you out if you have large sums in your account!! They are yet to get back to me, 7 days since i was told the money was sent! Now im just ignored by the support team! Also be very careful with what you discuss with the online help, as i feel this player is also on the tables at pokercent! I just think it is strange that you must reply and try to backup the site on every forum posted about pokercent.. Pacman, may I ask how much you are trying to withdrawal at once? I've read that they allow only 200€ every 2 weeks.
I've made some research in some ukrainian forum (thanks to google translate) and have found out a player who had similar problems had been paid at the end, after waiting several weeks. At the 2nd cashout request (first was cancelled), after 9 days he was told "you will be paid tomorrow". End of the story was he received his withdrawal 5 days later. However, at least he did get paid. The amount was $113. So I'd advise you to not give up, annoy the support as much as you can, every day if possible. Eventually you'll get paid sooner or later.
And I can confirm Liv is very likely indeed connected with them (in what way I don't know, but he is not simply a regular there, and he can say what he wants to, he can't b******t anyone with some sort of brain about that).

Thank for your reply BeMtATMplz yes they have only allowed me to withdraw 200 but have received absolutely nothing after i was told the money was sent, last week friday, now they just ignore me.. However i will go with your advice and keep bugging the support team.. I have $1500 in my pokercent account and would like to eventually take every cent out as the site is 1 big fraud, even the homepage says quick deposits and quick withdrawals..lol.. Everything about them is false!

wow thank you for doing all that research,I guessed Liv was connected some how,now I hope that this post is brought to there attention by Liv,and are made aware that we are aware of them now and if they are a fraud that others,in other places will talk about this,they remind me of tiger gaming...lol...maybe they too will be motivated to change there ways if they really want people playing there.
These people need too understand that,just because we are mobsters,that we don't investigate them,they should be aware BRM has its own investigators(mobbits) and there very good. Every one should know that you can't hide any thing from the MOB!

Can explain why Poker cent is not paying the man,who just wants to be paid,If poker cent was and is the good room as you say Liv,why is he having such problems,with poker cent,yes there new and that stuff,but there are other site that are just as new as they are,and they have no cash out issues,like poker cent does,nor do they limit you too only 200erous for a cash out at a time,that's just ridiculous if you ask me,too me that s a sign of poker room that is weak or doesn't have enough money in there wallets,too do proper cash outs,and I dont think they have any thing with you LIV there just saying that you maybe linked to the room,and if this is way you responded then calling some 1 a child for basically doing a good deed,then you r response was all so childish and the only kid here would be may be you. So if do work for poker cent in some way its okay,at least they have some 1 here too answer some questions we might have,but judging from you r response I would doubt you work for them,but who knows only you.

Liv these post are not in anyway meant to be taken personally, I just dont understand where you are coming from..If you do not work for them then why is it that i see the words "fraud" so often from your posts..Are you the investigator?Do you have proof that there are others that have frauded pokercent? So if you are not an employee then how can u be 100% eg"if there is no fraud then withdrawals are not an issue and money will be paid out" I deposited $1500 on pokercent as i thought it would be better as i receive a bigger deposit bonus and more value for my time spent on the site, Anyways i regret it, and will never play on your site again! I play mostly on 888poker and have no withdrawal issues and thats where i will continue to play.. I do not care about my $1500 anymore, i have given up as i have waisted far too much time fighting for my OWN money, BUT i will never give up on the rest of the mobsters, i will continue to tell my story as i would hate to see any of my fellow mobsters wast their time and lose their OWN money on a site i am 100% sure is a scam.. 2 weeks ago i was promised that my money was paid to my neteller account, 200 euros, and nothing was ever received by neteller from pokercent.. Once i started to realise that neteller never takes that long, i was advised by the neteller staff to ask for the neteller transaction code which pokercent promised to send but also failed to send it..Now my emails are ignored,and online support can give me no answers.

Hello, PacMan, well you should't quit about your money. I didn't quit about my money from Ball Poker. And it has been 7 months. I will never deposit $1500 on a new site. It's not good, even with their bonuses. Yeah, on Pokerstars / Full Tilt / 888poker and even winnerpoker. The rest of them? $10-$50. I hope you can get your money, Liv if you don't work for them, why bother to say they are soo good, no fraud etc. It's a new site, how do you know how it will be. Did you deposited? Did you cash out? It was fast / slow / not receiving? If not, then shut the phuck up and don't give bad advise to peoples if you don't know anything about this. Keep it for yourself.

Im am not surprised to see pokercent card room suspended, the gambling commission has requested a a new certificate.. Yes i did email them explaining my story with the relevant quotes from support and corresponding emails from pokercent.. I dont see Liv saying much now is he? Anyways i knew the site was dodgey..
