I think you should concentrate on your sports betting because you seem to be very knowledgable in this area. You should never gamble when drunk and we have all learnt this to our cost over the years

Sheesh thats a lot off money u deposit each time,
U must have one great job.....
Maybe its a idea when u deposit 240$ ore whatever is to play for...
That maybe you should be thinking off bankrollmanagement...
I see you are a gambler and maybe dont mind that u have to deposit each time,...
But its normal that u dont win every time and when u deposit and play one huge buy-in tournament.....the changes are u go broke before u can even start making money..
Poker i tough and can be brutal sooo think twice before u invest another deposit..
Iff u want more info about bankrollmanagment just ask...
And for the drinking part you have to be carefull with that...
Try to set u mind when u drink and come home not to open poker ore whatever...
Maybe put a paper there and write to yourself whatever u wanna say that maybe help when u drunk and read it,...ore maybe youre girlfriend can say no to u...

My 2 cents

Yeah i agree with you, if you playing and not doing well you should take a break and come back refreshed and with more motivation to own the tables and get back on the right track as playing with a bad mindset can make you lose a lot of money and you can become bust if you don't have a stop loss limit and have tilt issues. Anyway have fun on vacation made and good luck and do come back refreshed and crush those players you should be able to, you looks like a pro poker player to me, good games and great mindset!
