I'm on the same boat. Requested cashout to Skrill on the 14th. I understand they only process payments once per week, but that's past since then, as there's been 6 work days now
Support hasn't been very helpful either. I already sent two messages, and no reply so far.

You will get the points, dont worry about it. Since you requested on 14th you will get them for sure by the end of this week. It says about processing : Cashouts are usually processed once a week (expect 4-8 days working days).

The cash outs in Party Poker take a while longer than the cash outs in ewallets. Some times it can take a few days and some others couple of weeks. Since you are already in 11 days you must be getting closer Dont worry you will get them for sure. Be patient
