Crockfords Club casino won't have to pay £7.7million winnings to poker player Phil Ivey after High Court declares his 'edge-sorting' technique WAS cheating

The 38-year-old American had sued Crockfords Club over a version of baccarat known as Punto Banco which he played at the London casino over two days in August 2012.

Not that surprised with this ruling of the High Court. But the line they came up with to explain their decision is a bit strange. Cheating through an agent or tool (the dealer). Come on, you can do better.
