Cheers posting is a good way to get your issue known though if you contacted BRM support directly then you get the better chance of them spotting it sooner and helping you, did you check you chose a no deposit bonus, as there might have been a mixed up in the deposit bonus and so on. Have in mind that weekends dont count in. Also by the time that has passed you are getting close into getting it Wait a couple more days and if you still havent got it, contact BRM through your personal page. You can also see that there is a notice warning about delays due to recent holidays.
