Posted by StheP: I want your opinion on this, I am not sure, but I think I run on aces or kings here... didnt even want to call preflop, but I did in last second...
------------ I cought him next time he again raised pre flop huge, I got AK and I got pissed off and just showe... he got JJ, and after seeng table card I thought I lost bcs there wasnt any A or K on table, and than I sow money goes to me xD and I sow there was 2345 on table cards
I think the fold is allright. I would have done the same. He bets pot size so calling him is really difficult. I would only do that if I thoght he was bluffing. But in that case you should have gone all in instead of just calling.
Wow, lucky man. I guess the all in with 33 is the right thing to do, because they are pretty strong preflop and in most cases weak afterwords. But if you are up against a higher pair you almost certainly loose. Well - not this time.

I had times when i folded this shitty hand. But now i didn't afford to phucking fold it... i had less than 3 BB.
Come on mate, what else should you have done in that situation. The blinds were so high, I do not think you would have got a better hand before you were in the blind for the next time. All in here is definitely right.

Shiiiiiit. I have just lost with AK suited against a pair of 6 in the VIPoker league on Pokerstars. The tournament was going really good for me. I tripled my chipstack, but then lost two hands against the same loose guy.
Well what are you complaining about my friend. You have lost that KQ suited hand and you deserve it so in my opinion. Reraising preflop is pretty risky, but OK. But calling the all in with an A on the flop is too loose for me.

share yur hand well!!!best part of my winnings is to be more agressive to be able to get more chips if possible 60percent is possible to make up to the final table, but using tight plyin quite some hard fish agressive is more lucky than tight i usually observed this kind of stupid method but what should we do we all wanted to win in any ways ...

Think about it guys if what you are doing is not getting you the results u wish you should consider changing your gameplay! Whats the point to "play by the book" if you never even get close to final table.
Poker is about LUCK! Either you have alot of awesome draws AA KK AK etc... or have balls to bluff or go risk a 3 way with your 8,9 hearts etc... You cant possibly imagine how often it will land you a good spot for endgame... Otherwise you will get over the bubble with "play by the book" gameplay and have like 1$ profit for 3-4 hours of playing and even that is not certain... f**k that, is not what p0ker is about, it is gamble and people who say its not probably dont count how many times they deposited xy amounts of money to reach that final table for the first time and get some of it back, how many turneys failed due to not risking a bit at times when you feel like you should and in the end getting sucked in by blinds blaming it on "got no good cards..." imagine the other players didnt get them either but had balls to risk a bit more and got a bit more in the end.
Check turney structures is it 3,5,10,15 min blinds and play based on that, check what kind of players are on the table now and then, go pay that 5,10,20% of your credits on river to see what cards he has, will help you reach a decision next time u go against him with 80%...
Comes down to luck in the end.
You see someone playing safe and folding all the time and comes into game with a minumum raise, call that raise, you can be sure he has AK or AA or something awesome, but if you hold flush or straight draw go check till river, risk some of that chips, will reward you often.
In anyway, if it doesnt bring you good results change that and try something different (after 1 month)

It's hardly a setup... no one forced you to call a raise with K3... You were completely dominated by the KK, and only had one live clean out vs the 55, so you willingly put yourself in a terrible situation.
After that flop, you really had to repush and isolate against the 55... flatting there makes no sense at all.
So basically, anything bad that came from it was entirely your own fault... don't complain saying it's a setup.. take a look at your own play first.
