Hi guys, today is my birthday and BankrollMob is giving me a little gift of a free ticket to a $50 tournament. Problem is.....I cannot for the life of me figure out how to claim it. They say that you just login and claim your gift, but I can't see any ink anywhere to claim it.
This actually gets a little worse.....they only give you 7 days to claim your gift, but they are also saying that they won't get back to you if you email them (because of the holidays) and I only have 7 days for them to reply back to me. By the time they reply back......the 7 days would have expired, which would make my gift void.

Have you checked your mob mail and see if there is a link on there?When you win a ticket on the Christmas calender you can claim via your mail. I know you are new to the forum but usually on your birthday members will only receive 1 ticket to the $50 draw,not a poker tournament.This could be a new prize for birthdays but maybe you have just mis- read the details.Could you give us more info???

Ok then......I see where the free draw ticket is applied on the weekly Mob draw. But my ticket was just automatically applied to the draw, instead of having to claim it as the instructions suggest. I suppose that's where my confusion was.
Thanks so much for making that clear to me.....I guess I wasn't understanding that at all.

Hi Greg,
I also think that the gift you would've received is not a ticket to a tournament, but a ticket to the monthly MobDraw, where prizes of $50 are given out. It was the same when I had my birthday last month.

Yes, your right,I didn't realize that at first, that this is a "draw ticket" and not a "tourney ticket".

As you have already noticed this is one of the better forums,most people are always quick to help if you want advice information on poker or any other kind of gambling.Also you get the chance to win extra money as well by opening the calender doors and trying to crack the safe.

I think that you are wrong!you get 1 free mob draw ticket for chance to win 50 $!not a 50 $ for tournament!so you must log in at your account and claim that ticket to be in draw at sunday!

dule-vu is right. You better read your email again. You get one ticket for the weekly draw where you can win 5000 Mobpoints, which are equal to 50 USD. Now in order to claim it you need to go to your personal page and click the button. Cant remember where exactly, but its a green button if im right Happy bday.
Yep, my birthday was on 7th August and i got it 2, 1 mob draw ticket. I thought that ticket was magical and stop buying all other tickets. yeah just go to the mob games section and you will be able to claim it i think and you get one ticket and who knows you might win it on Sunday and you can then use those mob points wisely and make a lot of money and so on, so good luck mate have fun at the tables for now, have a nice weekend and most importantly make a lot of money mate, cheers peace out and good luck again at the tables mate, cheers peace out!
