I made a cashout on 21.12 ( skrill ) , and still didnt received them on my account .believe 6 working days past , is becouse is this period or something was wrong?

It is the holidays mate, so hopefully after the holidays you will receive the mob points you amassed during the year, you got to know BRM is run by real people who have real life stuffs to do , like celebrating and all, so hope you enjoying your holidays and a very Happy New year to the admin or BRM and all the staff of BRM, hope you have a nice time and may the god bring you happiness and to all your family too. You dont have to write so much just to complete requirment for those 10 points , it s really unnecessary . as it was written in the name of the post , it was adressed special to the admin , in case if you are one of them , but i believe that is only one. It was not about to receive them , i made other withdrawalls and was no problem , i am not in rush etc . just a normal question , probably incorrect e-mail etc.
So i dont see for what point you need to wrote a huge paragrapf where it saying nothing?
