i was playing a freeroll whe these two hands occured.
I am small blind wit 3 9 suited early in the game there was 1 call before me and i decided to loose my small blind. So only 2 players flop 2 3 3 they both check turn 3 one check and the other one goes with a big bet and won the blinds. So to save a few chips i lost a nice quad.
Second: I ha Q 10 we are 3 players in the hand flop come Q 3 7 the fist one bet min. called by other come to me i raise the pot and they both called but since i had raised they both check so one part of my brain said you are loosing and the other part said go and i listen the go to the river when i was all in we open cards they were both beating me one had a set of3 and the other K Q.
This kind of think happend to often when i know i will loose and continue to bet.

1st hand I'd call in the SB with 39s, the suited hand gives you a little more equity and you get 5:1 odds, so I'd probably complete there. Offsuit I'd def. fold. 2nd hand it depends on a lot of factors but normally once both players call yourpot-raise you're often beat I'd say.
As for the 1st hand, dont think of it like this. Lets say you have A10s and 4 people infront of you go all in, obv. you should fold. Even if you woiuldve flopped a royal flush, maybe it hurts the first moment, but what counts is making the right decision itself, not the outcome you would have gotten in the end, because making profitable decisions is all that counts in poker.

First hand : it happens to all of us fold a bad hand ---> flopped a monster i once folded Q-6 and Flop Q Q Q that is how poker works you can't punish yourself for those because deep down you know you had to let these silly hands go

Concerning your 93 suited hand I must admit, that this happened to me several times as well. In the small blind I decided to fold and then and would have hit the flop very well indeed. I am not sure if it is profitable in the long run to call in the SB with such weak hands.
