Well, you have picked the worst possible time to do a cashout, at the moment The dude handling affiliates & affiliate payments came down with an illness, and right now I'm not 100% sure when he'll be back but it seems most likely that he's back again on monday.

Bummer, I had spoken to support on wednesday and they assured me everything was ok and now this. May I suggest implementing a link like the one for online help, with online, offline, but for withdrawals, maybe with status like, on time or delayed. For those of us who trust the information given to us and wait the given time for the withdraw, this kind of event is a stab in the back, especially with the weekend coming up.
Another suggestion is to have someone else be responsible for this as well, multitasking nowadays is a market's minimum standard when it comes to good business management, especially when money and payouts are involved. It's quite elementary understanding that you can't put this segment of your business in only one man's hand and hope he will be forever eternal.
Bankrollmob definately grew from the time when it began, surely, now, it shouldn't act like a newcomer and make the same mistakes it did in the past. What is the point in growing and becoming worldwide famous if it can't handle or even have a backup plan to what is the sole core of it's business, making money and making money for its affiliates.

Anyway, my suggestions still stand and I honestly believe that productive measures can be taken so that others don't go through the same disappointment I just went through.
Keeping in mind that I am claiming a gift offer withdrawal, which means that this money is NOT a no deposit bonus or something similar, meaning that I had to deposit at a website and earn points to be eligible!

I can't really comment on it since it's not my area of responsiblity, but I will save your post in my notebook so it can be discussed in our next meeting about such issues. It will be a little over a week though.

Ok Admin, I know you do your best or at least always try but please answer me this, what in the world does "a little over a week" mean? My thought is this, a week equals 5 working days, from monday through friday, but what does a little in your thought mean?

I was referring to the meeting A week is 7 days because some of us work around the clock all week (Usually I write businessdays or something like that, if I refer to 5-day weeks). So a little over a week would be somewhere between 7-10 days I think.

OK, dont know if we can or if it helps, but if BRM can send me the points, depending on what site you are playing or what method of transaction you use i could credit you. i use only neteller and plent of sites have a account. I wont make any credit without the points tho. (just incase)

Hey b1gfoot, I thank you for trying to help, but I don't know if your suggestion is possible. Admin would have to answer that. All I know is that I am trying to receive something which I have earned and the waiting period told to me has been expired and there's nothing I can really do except express my thoughts here in the forum. The waiting continues...

I see, well if you manage to ge the gift and if admin can do a point exchange the offer is there(so you can play the weekend away), transactions from netteler to neteller should be easy and quick id guess, GL.
