programs that can be useful for me to improve my sit n goes and MTT's?
I don`t know how this fits into this thread but one thing is certain, no program will be able to improve Your game. Read books, learn from experience and to track yours and other players stats i suggest to use Poker office, if you prefer online stats and without limitation on how many per day there is one site that offers that for Poker stars, Full Tilt and Party poker but that site also has affiliate links and offers besides the great stats so i cannot put link in here. BTW sharkscope also has bonus offers.

With all the luck involved in poker you will only get another depressive strain to think about. You don`t have to blend in to get respect or friends. I don`t respect some person more because he is more profitable player than those who always lose. I would listen to that person`s advice about playing poker but that is all. When someone comes here and say "I`m broke!!" what should we all do, start calling him a loser, NO. When someone says "I don`t know how to play Stud or Omaha", is he another loser, certainly not. Nobody is perfect, except me of course.
Yeah ive been to the bottom a few times. Deposited $100 a few months ago into Ladbrokes(which is crap now) and got upto about $2500 the same night but completely blew all of it playin really high stakes poker. And at 5am after 12 hours of poker playin for 15/30 dollar limits its not cool. Last hand i had that night got busted by a str8 flush J high so it was a decent way to lose. But man those people know how to play at those limits
well good luck nice to here you've doubled up but I think the other people are right, don't play your stack at a limit wich is to high, but hey, you're winning so keep cashing that money

Well my own money quest at actionpoker started of with cookies cakes and roses!!! well not really! the first free 40 dollars i didnt put much work into and finally let my friend kill the rest of the money!! later i started playin freerolls and pop freerolls and even though only made 1 win in pop freeroll i often end up quite high!!! well i also made 2 deposits because i had nothing 2 do! the first deposit i f**k up fast and its all my fault but the second deposit i fast rose up and within 2-4 days i had around 300-400 dollars but the 400 line was very hard for me to get up on so yesterday i got fedup!!! Bad beat after bad beat i decide i had it and within a couple hours MAX i lost it all feeling that the donks at action poker got the best of me and now i sit here bored and angry that i on purpose lost my entire roll that i fought for a long time sometimes playin 2 days in a row HAHAHHAH. I played like 6-8 GTDs and made the final table 5-6 times and i think its quite good!! and shaun pleace check how i played for confirmation my username is ASmalmo!!! on a good day i made between 30-150 and a bad day depending on if i gave a f**k or not i could loose up to 100 hahah!!! well i never read a poker book and think i might become a good poker player if i know the facts and then cretate my own reality about poker so i also wonder if anyone can recommend a good book!!! BE PATIENT DONT LET THE DONKS GET THE BEST OF U!!! ULL END LIKE ME AND THE DONKS GET THE LAST LAUGH AFTER ALL
------------ + if u dont cash in your POPs (turned ALL my POPs into 20 dollars the same time i lost my bankroll hehe!!!) and play pop freeroll u will NEVER go broke on action poker!!! if u play it 3 times u MUST have made the money atleast 1 time so stop hatin the pops and respect em!!! Action opker is very good and the customers service very nice and hopefully ill b back soon with full mental and chipstack power!!!

Very nice, you must be very confident with your playing to be risking that much with your current bankroll, but it seams to be working very well, keep going!!!
