Hey,

Are there other that has problems with payout with absolute poker. I have deposit $40, to withdraw my winnngs. I use Moneybookers. Cut from a email from them:

Please be advised that when you request cash out, in order for us to process it we first verify your Money Bookers' account information and then it is sent.

Now my money is back at my poker account, and not the queue to transfer Sad

Are there anyone that have made a cashout from them successfully?

no problem here,did you use a credit card for deposit then want to use moneybookers as your cashout,they just want to know that the account names are the same so you moneybookers account name matches your account name.just verify your account with them and hey presto,you got your money.GL Smile

Hey.

I did use moneybookers to deposit with. I did deposit first $20, and after 2 days $20 more. So they should know my account.
I have still not heard from them.

I've never cashout at absolute poker, but at the Party Poker i never had problems, in certain ocasions they may ask you about documents, but theres no problem at this point. PokerStars I've waited for 2 days to cashout to neteller but the last few times it took MUCH less.

Contact support there. Is your email at absolute the same as for moneybookers? If not, this could be a problem. Absolute is not the most trustworthy organisation, so get everything in writings.

It is the same email adress. This it my latest reply from them

I'm sure you are gonna get your money... It's quite starnge that you have all this problems if you have used moneybookers for the deposit... Also never cashed out at Absolute Poker but don't think you are gonna lose your money...

A week for Moneybookers is way too long. Maybe they are checking your play to see that you did not do something illegal during that time so they can deny you payout, who knows. On the bright side they are still on MB verification issue so if your account details match those from AP you will get your money, not as fast as you hoped but you will get it.

I have now again asked, why they need to verify my account. A week is long time. It isn't good publicity from them.

I have used titan poker and partypoker. There it just works perfectly.

I will update again, as soon I get a response from them. (properly a negative one Blink)

Oh well, I've been making posts at this forum for a few time. But now, I have everyday less and less time and I'll finally cashout the 5,000 mobpoints and try to make it grow by playing VERY slow at the tables. GL for all! Thumbs Up

They called me on my mobile phone, to 'sell' some tiket to turnaments. I just have to deposit $100. Hehe. I just told hm, that a had a case abount my 'problem' with withdraw. Then he said that he will contact the 'department'.
Hm. I tried to withdraw again the day after, and woupti. To day I got my money.

hehe. 18 days to get my money.

But I got themback + my winnings.

If can take a long time to withdraw, but maybe I got unlucky, but I worked at last.

i had the same problem with them. But i used neteller and i receive the same call
so after a week i call neteller to ask them to reply to absolute poker requeest.
neteller said to me that they didnt have any request from absolute poker.
So i called absolute poker and ask them what they need to verify on my neteller account and after i call neteller and ask them to send the informations.
So we can say absolute poker had crap assistance. But now my cashouts takes less than 4 hour so i dont care.
