Last week there was a f/roll on prty where the top 100 got a $530 ticket,well i entered it and some ways into it it was cancelled anyway there was another a couple of days later which i entered and finished about 160,so no ticket Well i got an email last night from prty about the cancelled tournament and they have apologised and refunded me $29.88 based on my placing at the time of cancellation not bad for a f/roll eh anyone else get this ?

This was nearly a very expensive mistake on the behalf of PartyPoker who it seems have acted promptly to recoup the money, but not send an apology email (like the one they sent crediting the money) but relied on crappy social media to issue a general apology!

Honestly I am not sure they are own you an apology or mea culpa for cancelling a f/roll.

yeh damosk i agree,as soon as they sent the emails saying heres some money then they should have followed it with a new one saying woops your getting feck all and not leaving it to social media for everyone to find out. bowie it wasnt an apology for the cancelling the freeroll as they ran it again with extra prizes,it was just them not sending the follow up for the emails sent...gl at the tables mobsters.....

I was playing this and but I got knocked out early in the tournament so I received no apology and no money. I was thinking that this was a decent gesture by Party but it seems they mess up even when they say sorry.

still 500 $ is far away from 30 $ i don't know what causes these cancellations , it seems weird to me well known site with lot of traffic , they should at least have a better software but you didn't expect anything from them so 30 $ was better than nothing good luck in your future games , it seems like party is your poker home now .. you had outstanding results lately in there
