I' ve been playing freerolls for fun since tyranosaurus rex ruled the planet My problem is i have never one anyone big. Sure i won a couple of 25$ and 50€. But never won anyone big. I have came in 2nd in 1000$ freerolls 5 times in about 100 tries. And i won cash tournaments. But never ever managed to win a stinking freeroll. Ive played lots of heads up just to train myself for some heads up action but it doesnt seem to help. When i finally reach the heads up match it seems like i dont care anymore. I make bad calls and as soon as i hit KK or AK or another monster hand my opponent always have something better. How do you do to win? Need help desperatly

Hmm I dont know how you can finaly win the last game. I do know you should try playing with some realy money (with bigger prizes!) I am sure ýou'd make loads!

kingpapet, i would like to help you but i cant see how will that benefit me in the long run.
Kidding, read some articles about HU play they will help a lot. Also if you try to play cards only in HU game you will lose, almost 100%. Learn to play the player, when you are HU against someone who knows how to play HU, you can easily forget every information you gathered on that player, only if he is a bad heads up player will that info have some value. Also, stacks and reactions of a player in HU is THE most important thing. This is all covered in HU guides, read them, I am certain you will find where the hole is in your play.

The heads up at the end of thr tourney is usually dominated by luck. The blinds are normaly so high that a normal poker play is no longer possible. Look for infos on sage and icm to improve your decissions on those spots.

Ok thanks for every tip. I will have to practice more. Unfortunetly HU is difficult ive watched a lot of HU matches on the high stake tables at full tilt. And its almost never any show downs there usually flop action and then someone is folding after the turn. Maybe im calculating wrong. But as i see it If you hit the flop. u should be ahead in almost 75% of the hands regardless on what pair you hit low, middle or top?

there is a secret,but if i tell you i tell evryone.truth of the matter is, you gotta have balls and calls.if you fold everything you will never win,you cant wait for the one big hand.example if you get A5 suited.now what do you do.now normally you would fold,as you should,but heads up at the end,you gotta go.and raise,put other player on wrong foot,make him think,see what he does,if you hit A, straight, flush draw,push.need luck and skill,the ability to fold,and attitude.just grab your balls and go for it.

Its fun to kill off a few overs playing poker. Without risking my own bankroll. And i must add that now i usually only play freerolls with +200$ prize pool.
It has come somewhat an obssession to win one. I think if i can manage that then i can move on. But when i time after time reaches final table but never manage to win one i have to continue untill i do win.

Lol i played a semi freeroll last night on PKR (buyin with points) Damn they are easy lol. Just wait for AA or KK and double up I was 8th outof 643 and won $6,83 lol
Omg i never gonna try them again they are so boring lol.....

Not much of a price pool if 8th place only pays 6.83$
Usually the small prize pool freerolls are very easy. If you got the patience to wait.. Almost everytime there are lots of people going out in the first couple of rounds then there are lots of people sitting out. WHen you get ride of them there is always some cash to be made.
But i agree doomdy. They are so boring. Kind of waste of time playing poker for a few hours to make 6.83$

you should definedly try bankroll mobs freerolls because you win more in them and there are less players in those freerolls so there plenty of freemoney.i havent tried it but ive heard this

I will play them. Tried the last full tilt freeroll out but didnt do anygood at all in that one. Hopefully they will play one soon again. Maybe that will be my winning chance
you need only a little of lucky...you will win the next time
