We would like to test out another way for you (our affiliates) to refer players, instead of using the traditional tracking link ( www.bankrollmob.com/?t=1 , etc...) - this time with a dedicated landingpage (microsite).
We call it a "MobSite".
Currently we're only looking for a few affiliates (being an affiliate is required, which is free) to test out the system and give us some feedback if necessary. If it turns out it doesn't suck, then we will open up for all our affiliates to be able to get their own MobSite.
So how does it work? First you must "register" in this thread, so you will get access to the MobSite-section.
Then you apply for a MobSite by creating an unique URL only for you, this could be "administrator.bankrollmob.net" or "free-casino-bonus.bankrollmob.net" etc. - all MobSites will be located at *.bankrollmob.net. Check out the example: http://administrator.bankrollmob.net
Currently we only allow 1 MobSite per affiliate, so consider the name carefully Although you get to decide whatever name you want to give it, just keep in mind that we reserve the rights to reject any name without reason, in that case you will just have to come up with another one - for example just your username, if you think that will suit your needs.
If you wanna participate, just give a holler in this thread and the first few affiliates will be given access to the system and can start using it right away. Just remember, the only difference between where you send your traffic, the usual tracking link ( www.bankrollmob.com/?t=1 ) or *.bankrollmob.net, is that on the latter you get to decide what content the visitor will see. The visitor will still be tracked in the same way and belong to you, if they signup.

Im probbably missing something, but I dont see a benafit from this, so the only diffrence is I get to choose the page they see when they click my link, or do I get full controll of each section. The only benafit I can see to this is to hide the US problems, wich would be unfair. Im happy to give it a go but think someouther affiliate would make better use or see a way of it banafitting. Am i overlooking something?

Shouldn't be a problem using another language than english, as long as it's something that we can check in any online translater to make sure it doesn't violate rules.
Bigfoot, You get to control the content of the page the visitor arrives at when getting to your landingpage (MobSite). You cannot control the content of each section, only the frontpage. It's pretty much like having your own website, except there's only one page to edit (for now). I'm not sure which US problems you are referring to?
For example, if you want to give your visitors some important information that they don't get by going directly to www.bankrollmob.com using a normal tracker link (When they end up at the frontpage), you can do that. Or if you want to tell people to go to "bigfoot dot bankrollmob dot com" instead of saying "go to double wee, double wee, double wee, bankrollmob dot com slash questionmark 't' equal <number>".
One option doesn't exclude the other, you can still have both, in some cases it might be better to use the tracking link and get people to our frontpage, in others, the landingpage might be a better solution.
I will have to hold up with the "invites" for a bit until we figure out something, just came to mind that some browsers doesn't accept cookies from 3rd party sites and that's not something we want to risk when it comes to users not being tracked properly Will open up again for invites as soon as this problem is solved and the tracking is as bulletproof as the "old way".

Im with ya now, double wee, double wee, double wee The us thing was just the fact some no-deposits are not available. I like the idea not sure if id use it to full advantage, ill ponder over it untill I get a brain wave.

It might seem tricky, but I'm sure somebody will find a use for it With time, we could expand it to include blogs and whatever people might want to host at their "own BankrollMob site".
And for people doing alot of marketing in the US, could write a section on their MobSite about US not being able to get many of the bonuses, but also highlight the bonuses that they CAN get - which we don't do sooo much at our site, since we don't do any marketing at all in the US.

After they join, (via affiliate link) will they then be directed as normall or would they continue to load up "ownbankrollsite" I guess you have already thought about it, but could you not offer the US nicer deposit bonuses (exclusive), thats a big market to leave out.

Only the content on the MobSite will be "yours", if they navigate to other pages they will go around on the normal www.bankrollmob.com site but still remain tracked to you, in case they decide to signup (enter their e-mail address) later.
I don't know about the US deposit bonuses, that's for the "MobManager" to look into

This sounds interesting. Always nice with some new ideas. im interested. But my site is mostly for swedes. But swedes do love poker. I need to improve my click rate only got like 3signup out of 44clicks this could be the solution

kingpapet, You have access now too - find the link at the top of your Mob account. Write in this thread when you've created your site, then I will approve it as soon as possible.
And you can use it to write, in swedish if you like, what to do and how to do it, if you feel you have a better way to get users to signup than we do.
------------ By the way, here's another example I just made: http://no-deposit-bonus.bankrollmob.net It has more of an "explaining"-approach, giving information on what the site is about, what to expect and so on - not so much about which bonuses there actually is. It's just an experiment/test, to show ways to use the MobSites.

Could you please post some pictures of microsites when they are up. Thing is that i never done any site related programming, tried to but don`t have the time anymore to go through newbie tutorials. Made something out nothing but stuck on stupid problem like opening new page in new window which i still can`t be certain is it because of free web hosting rules or something i did wrong, i just stopped and returned to playing poker. I was using Dreamweaver so if anyone knows any software which is more suited for newbies please put it in this thread i created:

Predobar, all I do is download free templates or steal a template from someone else lol. Than I mess around with the HTML code. I've used Microsoft Front Page, Yahoo Site Builder, Bravent Site Builder but for my site right now I just use html.

I think this is a very good idea. But not realy for the people who are already affiliating via their own site (like me). I think it is better for them to stick to their own site.
I do believe this is a great improvement for the people who don't have the skills or money or whatever to make an own site. They can make their bankrollsite very easily!

People can just post their link if they like, so you can check them out. There's a "MS Word -like"-editor, so it doesn't really require any coding skills to get started.

You're in too. Yes, custom domains will be more attractive for some - and not for others. But as mentioned, it's possible to have both (custom domain, ie. MobSite - and the traditional tracking link).
