Please, those of you that have more experience in web design and programming could you please post some software which is easy to use for beginners. I used Dreamweaver but for some reason i could not make new page to open in new window and i did not even tried to bother finding out how.

I did a website in Mircosoft Frontpage in grade 9 or 10, pretty easy program

You use the _blank option in the target tab in the property inspector
Any other help just ask me Smile
