I have requested the bonus a few hours back, So i did not recieve the bonus yet. But They will pay the bonus I know for sure because i have had another 2 no deposit bonus here Just be patient it can takes up to 4 bussines day's to proceed your request (weekends excluded)

I cant request it... when i try, i receive following message: "We have identified that you may be located in a country from which we cannot accept transactions due to local legislation. If you believe that your location has been incorrectly identified please call customer services on: 00350 43003"
im from Germany.... did someone else have this problem ???

El_kecko, Sounds like you have a government in Germany that's not very happy about online gaming.... Nothing we or ladbrokes can do about it (though we would like to!)

Strange problem, maybe you should do what they ask, and call customer services.

alex, Nobody is approved for ladbrokes yet - it's only been available for today!
el_kecko, Yeah - sites like pokerstars also accepts players from US still, even though it's not allowed. but ladbrokes doesn't want to break any german laws, so they probably deny them.
nestori223, No it's not for sportsbetting - it's for poker. But we hope to be able to add sportsbetting bonuses too, don't know when, might be within 1-3 weeks.

I mailed the customer service here is what they said:
"Thank you for your e-mail.
German legislation does not actually ban online gaming. It just restricts the companies that can accept business from people in Germany. Therefore we are unable to accept your valued custom at this moment in time.
Just be patient it can takes up to 4 bussines day's to proceed your request
