Hello Be cautious with Actionpoker. It is problem pokerroom. They do not pay prizes, and them support does not answer. My nickname on Actionpoker is oliaud777. I have received nodepositbonus $40 and have won $11. Then it was suddenly found out that they do not add points (POP) for game on tournaments. Besides has read some bad messages about Actionpoker at different forums. For example here - http://www.bankrollmob.com/forum.asp?mode=thread&id=41625. Has decided to cash out prize. Minimum withdraw at them is $25 therefore I have made the deposit of $14, and then have tried to cash out $25. The message from their automatic machine that to withdraw nodepositbonus it is necessary to earn 450 POP has come. But I do not withdraw nodepositbonus, but only my deposit +prize. Has tried to explain it to their support – they do not answer. Has decided to wait month while will take place terms winning back a bonus then it should disappear. Has tried to cash out again – the same history. Has written again in support, they still do not answer. To me remains only to write at different forums where there is a mention about actionpoker, to warn players against cooperation with it pokerroom. PS: sorry for my bad English.

Okay lets deal with this point by point as you feel that my poker rooms has problems.
Problem 1

Answer to problem 1
If you read the terms and condtions regarding pop point you will see very clearly that thatthe tournament fee must be $1 or more for you to earn pop this is written as clear as day.
Problem 2

I take it you did not read every post in the forum, no i thought not, to give you a brief summary, player deposited some money via paysafe card it did not show up on our system and to date it still has not shown up but in good faith we credited the player the funds, so tell me how does that make us a problem poker room????

Answer to problem 3
You played with a FREE no deposit bonus and made $14 as again it is clearly written in the BRM T&Cs and on the various threads on this site to cash out any winning you must generate 450 pop, because your einning have been generated from the NO DEPOSIT BONUS. The support that you refer to as the "automatic machine" are real people that are working 24 hours a day 7 days a week, the people rthat work on the support desk know and understand this promotion as do BRM and about 99% of the players that join Action Poker from BRM. As far as I am concerned the support team have answered your question 100% so ther eis no need to wait for a further reply.

To me remains only to write at different forums where there is a mention about actionpoker, to warn players against cooperation with it pokerroom.

You have nothing to write about as you can see from what I have written and from the terms and conditions we have done nothing wrong if you can not read the terms and conditions of a promotion then do complain when you really have no idea of what you are talking about.
Problem 1 Ok. My English is bad. Probably I have not absolutely truly understood this phrase: «…Tournament Play: For every $1 you pay in tournament hosting fees you will earn 10 POP Points. Tournament POP is calculated in $1 increments (rounded down). In order to earn POP from tournaments the fee must equal or exceed $1…» But I wrote in support, and anybody has answered nothing to me and has not explained.
Problem 2 If I at any forum meet negative messages about any pokerroom, I do not try to understand any more who there is right, who is guilty. I cash out my money and any more I do not play on problem pokerroom. What for to play on problem pokerroom when there are hundreds no problem?
Problem 3 In rules it is accurately written that all it operates in a current of 30 days: «…In order to cash out the player must make a Real Money deposit and have earned more than 450 POP points in 30 days…» These 30 days for a long time already have passed, and money to me and does not allow to take away. You sapport has not answered me on one message and when I tried to withdraw money three times almost identical answers came: «… your payout request (123328) has been Denied at 04:09 on 2008-10-16. A minimum of 450 POP is required before requesting payout. You have requested a payout of ($25.00) through…» «… your payout request (122323) has been Denied at 04:04 on 2008-09-23. A minimum of 450 POP is required before processing withdrawal. You have requested a payout of ($25.00) through…» It is very similar on automat. In due time I have not had time to win back no deposit bonus on ultimatebet.com. And nevertheless to me without problems have allowed withdraw prize.
Problem number 4 If pokerroom does not allow to take away own deposit made the player, without dependence from any conditions it is a nonsense. I do not want play on it pokerroom. It is not pleasant to me. It is not pleasant support, their random generator. Also what to me now to give them the money??? I also will discuss it at various forums, but only there where there is a mention about actionpoker not to create superfluous advertising

450 points are needed to cash out. The 30days is the time you get to clear the extra free money. 450pop = you can cash out 700pop in 30days = you get an extra 50$ 1400pop in 30days = you get 50 more
I'm playing at action for a while now (about 2 months) and only have had positive experiences playing there.
About POP points for tournament fees, these fees are the "rake" you pay, not the whole buy-in. If you play s&g's with a buy-in lower than 10$ the fee will be less than 1$ wich results in no pop points. So its best to play cash games to earn pop points.

You have stolen at me $25 but will lose on an anti-advertising in hundreds times more. It is your interpretation of rules. In the primary source it is written here so «…In order to cash out the player must make a Real Money deposit and have earned more than 450 POP points in 30 days…». It is possible to interpret that cash out in a current of 30 days is possible only on reaching 450 POP. And after 30 days no deposit bonus burns down and it is possible deposit and withdraw without any problems. I.e. pokerroom the indistinct rules misleads potential players. PS: it is necessary to look still who to you has granted the licence, there to write.

Which is a fair call and i understand what you are saying 100% but then you go on to sat that you are playing at www.ultimatebet.com so what you have said really does not make sense considering this is one of the highest profile sites in the industry with serious problem such as super user accounts and previous owner taking millions of dollars from players, but of course you only play on sites that are problem free.
As action is so bad i will close your account down and return you deposit to you so that you can continue to play at your trouble free site.

1. On ultimatebet.com I in the same way, through the same site have received no deposit bonus. However I have done a foolish think and simultaneously with this bonus, have received also no deposit bonus on VCPoker.com. Simultaneously I had not time to win back 2 bonuses, therefore I have won back only 1 bonus – on VCPoker, and with ultimatebet have withdraw only prize. Not sure if im missing something, lost in translation?, but it looks like Action Poker has done nothing wrong, 11$ aint worth them risking their reputation for. The only thing wrong with action poker is the stupid deep stack freeroles
Olya, bankrollmob gives u free money (40$) with terms of conditions (rules), what u must generate 450 POP to release winings, makes with this deposit. So only one problem - if u wish to release - simply play to clear bonus and withdraw all money (it`s easy on NL25-50 from week) or if u want to withdraw u deposit - make another deposit on 11$ and withdraw 25$ from all your deposits (and forfeit for 40+11 coz it`s still not your money). And carefully read all rules and etc to not to have problems in the future. Shaun: What about me Action! has one serious problem - not working with WebMoney to simply and easy deposit
