Plea deal? What on earth this guy could give them besides the very showing his empty pockets to earn his right for a plea bargain? He obviously went back because he ran out of money after all these years of hiding.

This does seem to be going on for a long time and people need to be brought to account for their parts in Black Friday. Lots of people lost a lot of money and justice needs to be seen

Black friday was something really bad for online poker sites, not only full tilt poker but for rest too, people began to think that it is really unsafe to have bigger money in poker rooms and that means kess money spent in poker rooms, more promotions needed to make people spe d again

no deals !!!!! if a person is questioned all the poker community and many people have lost faith in the integrity of online poker that he deserved the most severe punishment ......... I believe that it is necessary to punish him with the maximum rigor

well i am not deep into all of this legal mumbo jumbo but obviously this dude as well as the remaining fellows that were involved in this great ponzi scheme called black friday got their fair share from the funds borrowed from the players, now it looks like he found a way to clean his arse and move on as a good citizen afterwards.

A fugitive living on caribbean islands. Smile
Yes he was n the run and he had such a hard time living in a despicable place like this.
One should feel sorry for what he has been through, right?

I wonder what loophole he has found.
It is either this, or that the money ran out, or both.

maybe he was tired of running from the law and cunning man decided to issue this way? as if it was not, I believe that this rogue has to respond with the utmost rigor of the law and the fact that he made it the most terrible of poker in the world ..... a lot of people have stopped to play poker from him

Scott is already 37? Time passes so fast! He needs to get his sh*t together!

I once experienced an unimaginable upswing playing computerized blackjack ($5 minimum, $500 maximum) on Absolute Poker (or Ultimate Bet) operated by Cereus network in the late 2000s. My initial deposit of $500 grew to nearly $11,000 in less than a month. That was totally insane! Good old memories!

I don't even know what the black friday changes actually are. They shut down online poker for years just to make some changes which nobody gave a f**k about. Anyways, I don't know absolute poker, never played there that I remember of so I can't tell if it's a good room or not.

Good luck to the players who make an account there!

See you on the tables

pajal when you are running from the law, i believe you keep changing places.
You are not spending all of your time in one place.
Dont know how things work there, but there is also the possibility he was in caribbean cause,
they couldnt arrest him there. Just a thought Smile

Yup now that he laundered it all he could come back nice and shiny and pretend to not knowing jack$hit about anything. Perfect.
