Yup! I go at this email too. I was, while reading through it, waiting for the ‘and as ŵe are really sorry here I see the bonus or bonus game that we are giving everyone who was logged in at that time..... but nope, it didn’t arrive. I was logged in at the time and about to start a tourney, so we will wait and see. Makes a change for it not to be party I guess!

These attacks are made by hackers. I think anyone can suffer this, even microsoft, google, facebook etc...

they have big problems with their software and if they continue like this,they can close theis company!
today I tried several times to open software,then he just erased from my account,then I tried to install few times and he never finished operation till end!say that have some problems!
after I restart my laptop,AVG warned me that this program have virus and that I should stop instalation of 888 software!cant believe that they have such a big problems!I even got ticket for today tournament,because I played casino at thursday!

They were not the only ones this week to be honest and a month ago party had a bad meltdown during a weekend. Some hackers must going around on all major gambling outlets without a good cloud traffic mitigation service and shaking the down for money one by one.

So that is the reason about the problems you were talking about in the other thread.
Not a technical problem but an attack.
They can take measures about it, but the attackers keep finding new ways.
This is how it goes with internet.
It was, is and will be a constant problem. Always the solution will be temporary.

This weekend the problems continue working... I couldn`t ccess to the oficial page for t the scracht card that I won (twoo of them) and the poker client maked some rare thing (in the start a message said that it couldn´t to connect to the server while I was making an inscription in a tourney)... I will miss it too much!!!

Yes it is situation that can be to any poker site, sportsbetiing site or casino, and also to any personal website big or small, sometimes to onlone banks, so if they apologize it is all good, now players know that it is not problem from software

last night I did download software,but because of this problems I missed tournament that I had ticket for and whats most important this ticket expire in few hours,so cant use it on next saturday!they need to see what will happen in future and what they will do with their job,because they cant work like this!

today I made a registration in the tournament but after a few minutes the 888 client stopped working ..... I tried to reinstall the program but it did not help .... then I tried to play through the site .... for a while it turned out but then the site stopped too work .... sad event

Well, after a succesfull DDoS attack they have to recalibrate a lot of things unless they want to be attacked again, and it will take time to catch up with the patches. They should just shut down the program for two days.

Again 888 does not work for many players and it happens again in every day for 4-5 days. I noticed when i try to open the program that some players register at games, but others like me not always. Then it is the fact as when 888 returns, some players play and others are sit out. Incredible 888. They let the players to steal the stack of sit out players. This is very ugly and money of sit out players disappear of course because 888 does not offer anything back for sit outs. Sad

Yep. Problems there again. The client software starts up, i can even see the tables in the lobby, but a connection to make the log-in can not be established. Good start into the week. Evil

But at least i can log on to the website

Lucky man shokaku, I could do it! When I started the poker´s client a message appears "Connection failed". Then, when I re-tried the message change to"...connect to member support" and shut down. But I couldn´t access the page too, so I couldn´t play all the weekend and I couldn´t get the scratch cards that I won on Friday Sad

yesterday i lost $10000 royal crown freeroll because of the 888 software and hackers when launching attacks. I have the impression that someone who is currently running major tournaments is guilty of this because it's about competition and rivals with 888 poker.

They must be having some serious issues, if they stil experiencing problems from the attack.
Who knows the size of the damage.
It is a big site though, and they will fix it up eventually.
Who knows, you may get lucky at the end and get soe tickets for compensation Smile

now their software work,but who know till when this will be!dont understand that every day they have problems and this will make that players will stop playing there and will got to other sites!this is not normal anymore and its crazy that they cant pay somebody to fix this!
