I sent a few emails to this poker room and i received no response. I got into the online chat and talked with a moderator. It's been 12 days since then and my problem has not been resolved. They didn't even have to do anything hard. I had a chat problem and they had to unlock it. How serious these people are...

Your problem doesnt seem serious also. You are saying you have a chat problem. So what if you have a problem with it. You are joining a casino or a poker site to chat? Chat never helped anyone if that matters, in a poker room. Only the ones using it to collude.
I also experienced some problems when registering at various poker rooms and casinos .... especially when these poker rooms and casinos were new .... then they have big problems in communication ... apparently the staff is not enough to serve all customers and therefore, they simply ignore some .... This suggests that you probably don’t need to continue playing in these poker rooms & casinos after ignoring

My problem with chat is that: I cannot write there. I didn't ask for a hard thing. I wonder if i ask for something more serious, what they will do? They will ignore me for months? They are hired for this and earn money. They have to work for this money but they probably do something else during this time.

if you are ignored it probably you need to forget about this poker room .... in the world there are a lot of options for playing in different poker rooms ... Therefore, you should not try to play where you are ignored ... if this happens from the very beginning nothing there will probably be no good in the future ... as it seems to me

You can't have claims. My opinion is that: These people are so kind at first and if you reproach them, they become arrogant when talking to you. Online poker does not go well there because customers are not attracted in this way. Another minus vote on my justice. The truth bothers many people.

The only thing someone should care when joining a site, is the player base and if the software fits their needs. You are joining a site to play poker and win some money. Not to start chatting. Maybe they have more serious problems to deal with, than with someone that wants to chat... If you dont have any other problems besides the chat, then stay there. if you do then you can leave...

I don't know if they have problems or not. I know one thing: They have to respect their clients because it is not normal like NetBet to have such behavior. I need a chat because they have sporting bets, casinos, loterry, not only poker.

That's not something to whine about lol there are more serious issues as it happened to me that I couldn't withdraw money because casin0 was declining my KYC. Some brands have multiple casinos own by them and there is maybe 1-2 people working together and managing to answer to multiple people at the same time it can be really hard for them, anyway player has always to have chat option if something goes wrong if you don't like the site, withdraw the money and find better one.
I don’t quite understand why you need this particular casinopoker room and bookmaker in the world there are a huge number of similar offers, and the moderators are much more responsive to people and if you have problems, they will be quickly solved And if nothing happens, forget it and play others.

Chat is something of the past in a couple of sites. And i dont see anyone complaining about it. If i remember right one of these sites is unibet. You cant chat there. They have taken the game and anonymity in another level, since they went solo. And still many love the site.

If you want to make a deal at the table what happens? The other players can but me i can't do that because of that chat. In any poker room there should be something like this. If i want to ask a player something an to realize if he is a bot or not how do i proceed if i have no chat?

It is better to give up for a while to play on NetBet. To avenge them... because they are not serious. I don't like it here anyway. I poker has many poker rooms but when i want to play a tournament, there are not many players. I will try once more to get in touch with them.

You are messing too long with this. I dont think they will be "harmed" in any way if you stop playing there. From the other hand it seems to me, it is you that you cant stop playing there or some reason, since you are still trying to get down with this problem of yours. Just pick another site already.

It's an easy decision. If you are making a profit here - stay. If you are not - leave.

I have $ 73 or $ 74 there but i'm upset on NetBet and in recent weeks i played only freerolls and some tournaments but with tickets won in free games. They want to take revenge on me and it is not beautiful. It is possible to leave to play here and this winter that will come, will decide what i will do.

i play on netbet frequently and send them many email about some bonus and problems and got answears even quickly than usual , in my opinion may be u got response email on junk folder on email or u sent to wrong email , check ur junk folder and this is the correct support email : [email protected]

In my country, netbetpoker.com is not valid. I sent a few emails to netbetpoker.ro and i did not receive any reply. It's something that makes me to send them an email again and criticize them. I don't know what they are doing there, but their salary is to respond to customer requirements.
