Maybe like me your bonus was approved by mistake , when bonus is approved i always receive it very quickly . ( unless Action poker and virgin which rejected me by mistake )

be patient if they say its on its way just site it out. there quite good on this site, i've been on a few sites where i've waited 12 days to get the bonus... peace
