well as we see this will be long process!just wonder how long he will escape to take this paper and not go on court!if he have good friend who will take him,he can do this for years!but ofcourse he will have big problems,because he took lot of money from people!

2020 may be a bad year for Mike Postle because he can go to prison, if he does not accept those notifications or other things. He really is out of character here. When you know you've cheated and you got caught, at least you must to try to cooperate with the legal service.
Haha, this guy beats not just the live poker circuit but the judiciary system as well. Truly the hero of the people - for those who are usually up to no good - whether he was cheating or not. I like it. This whole story screams for a movie adaptation already.

Mike Postle after he steals and is proven, has a big sign of disrespect. A serious judge could punish him well enough, to keep this in mind for the rest of his life. It's not nice what he does and he can be blamed for it. I hope he gets a punishment with execution.

I am not sure there is actual evidence they could show to a jury to convince them this guy has cheated tbh. They are only assuming he was up to no good - so far. The video breakdowns on youtube are not gonna be enough for him to be sentenced guilty...

In the thread posted by BRM some time ago it sounded like he was guilty and i certainly don't know about that certainly. I hope to see what will happen if the process does not take many years. There things can last a long time and this player can escape or not.

i watched couple videos on this one and he did made some fishy moves but why you stream a poker game with no delay , thats my question and like bowie said there is not enough evidence , i think he might walk away from this .. you cant tell a man he is guilty just because he folded top pair top kicker to one cbet on the flop against a set ..

It doesnt take long to realize he did actually cheat. If he was innocent he would be doing all this to avoid being served And how long this will be happening. Now he has even one more accusation on his name. Lets see how this case will end. It looks interesting and funny
