If everything checks out and You followed the procedure You will get it, don`t worry. BRM is not some scam site. Don`t count weekends, only mon-fri are working days. What is your bonus request status in mob account page?

its normally 3-4 working days but it can be longer, but if your status is "awaiting payment" that means that its been approved, i believe the BRM are short staffed at this time due to the hollidays.

Here You go the link to official FAQ, open "When will I receive my free no deposit offer?". Everything You need to know is explained and if it takes a little longer, don`t worry. It looks like You have done everything as asked by BRM, now it is up to poker site to process Your request.
Good luck with it and pay attention to bankroll management. If that means You will need to sit down at the table as short stack search through BRM forum. There are few good posts about playing short stacked. If You can`t find them feel free to ask for help from other members, simply create a thread and ask what You want to know and there will be more than one member ready to help You, it would not be the first thread and I sincerely hope it won`t be the last.

Same here, I registered for the ActonPoker no deposit bonus, been approvedI but haven't received the money yet. I even sent emails to the BankrollMob support but they didn't reply...

yeah over the christmas period things can get pretty slow so you have to be ultra patient.dont worrry it will come ,pacific poker very slow sometimes.timmmmeee.

yesssssss very nice tody i got a message from bankrollmob. they said that 888.com didnt accpepted my passport which i`ve sent a month ago they dont accept it...
i made the picture with my 14megapixels camera, nobody could do that better
