I recieved a bankroll mob email with a no deposit bonus for registering with nordis casino. After doing this and receiving my bonus, I am unable to use and of it on any slots. I've tried everything and contact support who have said on there end everything is fine and the game's should be able to play with a balance. But still on my end when I load games they have no credit, insufficient balance. I've tried all the usual, log in/out, clear data/cache etc and the balance is able to be played on any games also.

I got sam mail and as i see in it,they saw that money will be added in 48 hours!maybe problem is in that!
