Hello. Yesterday I won the Mob Xmas - Christmas Calendar on BankrollMob: JVSpin: 200 Free Spins on Santa's Shop. In a pop-up notification on the site, I was given a code with which I must contact the casino live chat to activate the spins. In the chat site, JVSpin was told to provide a screenshot of the notification about the provided activation code. I did not take a screenshot of the notification and did not find it on BankrollMob. How to be in this situation?

So. Day seven almost passed me by with no winner. However, shortly before midnight I remembered I still had one door left to open.... so I did....and hey presto....I won a prize. If you clicked on the button to claim the prize (and did not exchange it for lottery tickets) the bonus code should appear. Immediately after you claim it, you should receive a Mob Mail with the information you need and take the screenshot. You can see that in your account. If you did not accept the prize within 2 hours of winning, the prize is forfeited.

Thank you for your congratulations. I lost the prize because I did not take a screenshot of the code notification. When contacting the casino with an activation code, they requested a screenshot of the code. When I logged into BankrollMob again, this notification was gone. And because I had to take a screenshot, I did not know (
