we will see next moves from and will they change something, but this should be done years and years ago and they should watch all accounts! ok, maybe in last years they better softwares to watch everything and who can cheat or use other programs, but they still could do more in past about this problems, like other sites did!

I remember someone winning a sunday million on poker stars . And it was a tournament with a much larger pot than the regular one. Plus, it was a long time ago when poker stars had much bigger pots than they do now, and this tournament had bigger buy-ins than it does now. And there was a situation where poker stars didn't want to pay him the first place win. They stated that he wasn't playing from his account... I don't know how it ended and whether he got the money. Nor do I know how they knew he wasn't playing on his account.

if they want something to be done, every site can do it and make everything by the rules! its all up to them when they will change something or they will not! if they will do more of this things, other players will see how fair is some site and what they do to protect their money and this will just raise their value as poker site! but ofcourse every site must do this!

I totally support this type of legislation. Only one thing puzzles me ... Because sometimes someone can play honestly and, for example, find themselves accidentally with a player who cheats, and then they can accidentally be accused of cheating themselves ... Then there is a problem because often the decisions of casinos, poker rooms are often practically final and hard to appeal from them...

I found many players who cheat, but i only made approximate 3 reports and they said that the players did not cheat. Then i changed and complained that the poker room was cheating and favoring cheaters, but i didn't change anything and gave up.

The refund policy is always nice . When a poker room decides to refund players , that increase the players' trust towards this poker room . It is the obligation if the poker rooms to police and control their players' poker pool when scammers get into it , they have to catch them , and refund victim players
