Yes, in my original post I already mentioned that, hence my question. If Level #5 doesn't exist anymore, then I think it should be removed from "Paytable" tab.
So, since Level #5 no longer exists, what incentive would I get for referring players who sign up to gambling sites through BankrollMob and don't verify ID/phone on BankrollMob because there is no need?

Well if they want to earn mob points and to get cashouts they still need to verify account with ID, so why not to do that and both of you will get points! If they dont want to earn points then they can make account on any site without brm!
I think that a lot of players might sign up to BankrollMob, learn about Mob Points and not be interested in them at all, but be attracted by some gambling offer that doesn't require BankrollMob verification. And the affiliate would get nothing? It doesn't seem fair to me.

Then dont make affiliates, dont know what else to say! I understand what you say, but brm probably want to check all members and to to have false accounts! Its not so hard to send picture of ID!
Apparently you haven't thought about the matter in depth, I'm talking about the cases (I think they happen too frequently) in which people are referred to BankrollMob, and they end up registering because they're attracted by the available offers. They then sign up for one of these offers in which BankrollMob verification wasn't required. BankrollMob receives a payment from the gambling site, but the affiliate gets nothing.
