first would be good that you write your experience and what you do with your bankroll, to explain your situation and then other members will share their thoughts about it! for me all poker sites are closed in my country because of govrment, ofcourse big site, we can only use domestic casino site who have poker also, but ofcourse this rooms are much smaller then poker stars, party poker...

Following bankroll management is the basis in my opinion. I have been playing various types of poker for many years. I used to play a lot, but now less, but I find myself losing track of bankroll management. Especially when I'm downswinging and tilting, then I come up with stupid ideas to get back quickly or to get to higher stakes, which is completely pointless and you know how such a game ends...
