I don't know if pokerstars promotions will come back on bankrollmob, but I know that there have been big changes for the better on pokerstars now. Thanks to the competition that ggpoker has become and their promotion, most of the players from pokerstars left to ggpoker. In response to this, pokerstars has changed the rakback system to be more transparent and less random, which is better for players. Something has also moved in the right direction on pokerstars.
