Calicul appear on the forum carefully and are active when they need to make a withdrawal, so most often it happens when they guess the code to the safe or win the Sunday lottery. And so they don't have time to write on the forum or they don't want to... Some people also don't know that there is a forum or are not interested in it...
Its not easy to keep a forum active and lively. True enough that most people don't really see the need to do anything other than just lurking, unless there's something to gain. Of course the more there is to gain, the more people get active, and inevitably that should lead to more traffic, at least in the old internet ways
All i know is the most recent change of needing to be more active and posting reviews should also work like that. The best examples i personally have seen over the past years forum activity-wise, are competetions with fairly decent prizes (and multiple spots to win) that involve user activity such as feedback, posting screenshots etc: these do really well.
Also, once that goes on for a while, people start recognising eachother and engage more with eachother, simply due to familiarity. I get what OP was saying in terms of streams etc - its quite a popular format these days. I'd totally come check out a stream BRM would support or organise!
If nothing changes, im sure this site pays the bills regardless If not they'd have been long gone!

Most of this members write just few words in every posts to make cashout and there is no interaction with other members! Especially those who open new threads, they dont come back to read answer or to respond!

if you mean some new ways to advertise this forum to new members this would be something good . or get some more freerolls for our forum from existing or new affiliate partners for a win win situation . but all these years brm does many things already to promote the site , attract new members , and new advertisements , they do a good job already imo

i know that there are streamers to support a poker room , like pokerstars o0r gg or partypoker . but i haven't heard of a streamer supporting a specific site for poker or its forum , i don't think that would be popular , even these poker rooms streamers struggle to get 100 viewers , with the exception of the big names like Veldhuis or spraggy
