Evolution Gaming has announced its acquisition of Livespins, in a deal worth up to €5 million as the total up-front cash payment.

we all know that in last years lot of gaming companies buy smaller comapnies and with this transaction evolution will become even bigger! this amount is small when we know how big amounts we had in last years, even in billions! we will see what this will bring to player and how they will develope company! hope to see even more great things from evolution!
I personally hate this - i don't support monopolistic style of business, it never bodes well. Historically, it's also the most prone to companies straying from the 'right path', ethically and morally. Power corrupts. I said this in another thread iirc, but it applies to this one as well. Moreover, i have never really trusted Evolution, after some horrible personal experiences, and a number of articles, video's and forum posts on various forums, that reflect the same experience of fellow players, it's clear to me that they have zero interest in the players experience individually.
They are playing a numbers game, and have screwed over a lot of players, with seemingly no repercussions. Even with video proof, some players got screwed. I was appalled that they have taken over Netent, Big Time Gaming and most recently NolImit.
I still play these games, but to be honest, they feel different. Like lower RTP, or w/e. Zero proof of course, but 20 years of slotting experience and a fairly based opinion on what's up, having worked in the industry myself for a number of years, i'd like to think i know enough to feel confirmed in these statements.
I'm not saying you can't win on any of their games, because you obviously can, and i also still do, from time to time, but the more they take over, the less i feel inclined. Just my opinion, for what it's worth...
It's certainly not a good thing that Evolution is buying up companies. But there's nothing to be done. By law, they have the right to do this. And they are also very rich.

This news confirms Evolution's vision of being the world's leading online gaming provider. Surely with the incorporation of social networks in the transmission of online games, a greater number of people will learn about the different games offered with the consequent incorporation into this entertainment.
