I think largest multi's these days on conventional (non JP) slots is 300.000x, NoLimit's Tombstone R.I.P. Maybe there's another one but that's still significantly less!

But thats not X from base game win, they just count how much he got from low stake, to show how big you can win! This jackpot is same on this bet or 5 pound bet! So you cang count this as what is max win on some slot, because you cant find any slot on market with such a big X! Its just jackpot!

Actually, that is precisely how multipliers work: they don't need to be advertised as max possible in base or bonusgame. A progressive JP is a feature of a certain slot, sometimes a certain Operator offers one in-house, connected to all or some of their slots, and sometimes a Provider funds one, divided over a number of their slots, or just one, which is then offered through various Operators.
And yes, it could have been won on 5 bux, and then it would've been less impressive (but still insane), but the fact that it can be won on each betsize (classically not the case for all JP's), and was won on a small one, makes it 'extra newsworthy'. So of course they will advertise the achieved multiplier.
My example as for other slots, i was just showcasing that despite insane multi's these days on non JP slots, those big JP's still have some allure, for low rollers like myself.

you talk about two different things and this has nothing with normal max X win on some slot, because you give example of NoLimit's Tombstone R.I.P. ! this jackpot can be 100 000 or 10 000 000, you can know when jackpot will land, so you cant count it is X and to see how much somebody invested per spin and how much he got now! in base game, bonus game you can win up to for example 20000 x and you will get this X no matter is it 0,20 e or 20 e per spins, so amount that player will get is different on every stake, but on jackpot its always same, no matter on which amount you will play!
