I haven't heard of him before, but that's because I'm not interested in all athletes, especially those from the old days. His life looked bad, especially since he took other people's lives. Sometimes it happens that behind successes there is drama, tragedy and difficulties in coping with ordinary life.

However, he killed people and did it consciously, since he was convicted for these actions. Disease is one thing, each of us can get sick, whether we are a good or bad person, so in his case the disease was not karma. The punishment for him was that he was convicted and, I think, spent time in prison. However, no punishment will bring these people back to life. That's how it is.
