The best way is the referral way, then you can post in forums, and off topic section! You can also read the mails from the BRM team and try to guess the safe code and win a draw Tongue

This is how:

Buy a domain.
Create a site with some content.
Add your ref link to your site.
Install the site.
Sign up to some big forums.
Have the link to your site in your signature and you will see some people signing up.
