Is that a good or a bad thing?
Against good opponents on a 6max or HU table you will get a hard time getting paid off when you have a good hand because it's so obvious that you got a strong hand when you show strength. You have to feed people with "I play crap holdings too" other wise they'll respect you too much.

Very true
You know i play 10seater doubles and this kind of play still pays off
But i know when i go up in limits this play is break even or even losing play...

If it's a sit 'n go and it's on beggining i play like 9% how much time running more hands u had to play cause blinds, u have to be a little more agressive like 12% lol but have a lot of variance...i normally play AJ+ and 88+ on 10$ tables. but never play more than 20% only in cash games... tight but sometimes CRAZY!!! hahaha

I play maybe 10% of hands average, but well sometimes when I got the bluff mode (lol ) or table is tight, I just throw my chips in and make tight fishes to fold

I play about 20-30 % of my hands (SnG). If I am playing on a single table, its more 30% than 20, because its getting boring for me very fast . If I'm multitabling, I'm playing more tight of course. With raising blinds I play about 30-45% and I'm going well with this

I don't think you can compare a SNG % to a cash game %
SNG I"m about 10% too At a full ring cash game about 20% and at at 6 handed table 30%
Also table dynamics can change the % of hands dramatically too at a tight 6 handed table I can sometimes be playing 45% of hands where I raise 40% of them.
