Just been pulled over, for not wearing a seat belt. "You know what i have stoped you for" i gave a knowing guilty smile, "do you have anything on you you shouldent, blar blar, back of the car please sir" He thought he had me, hook line and sinker. Sat there writting out his"fixed penalti" if i co-operate, "now if you choose to take it to court you may get up to £500" with a smile on his face. This was not on, i decided to play the game, "i was waring my belt, i always ware it" i told him. "no you wasent, i seen you quie clearly" He couldent prove it, what right has he got to be my jude and jurry, im sure the law states im inocent untill proven guilty, so i say again, "your wrong i was wareing it, honest" "well if you want to take it to court your more than welcom"" signe here please you have 30 days to pay the fine" I knwew he couldent prove any thing, and i am innocent untill proven guilty, hey i could even of had legit reasons for not wearing it, he didnt ask. "ok, i said ill have to take it to court, i was wearing it" "ok, play that game but who do you think the courts are going to listen to?" again smurking. "well i know im right" i said almost beliving myself, "i will take it to court, iv not even been read my rights, is this some sort of stich up" I could see he was getting a bit frustrated, "have i the right to remain silent?" he gave me an evil look, "look son, we are getting nowere here, just sign the penilty notice and your done, its just a £30 fine" he didnt expect or want any hastle, just anouther quick fine again. i said "your wrong i was wearing it"He breaths in deeply, i thought he was about to shout or something, but he says, "ok im going to let you off this time, but dont let me catch you agin" I got back in my car with a huge sence of i won that war. Sorry its long but had to tell you guys, im proud i stood my mark, i wass right i am innocent untill proven guilty, this guy had no proof, he was looking for an easy "im sorry" to record in his car, dont give in to them, you have rights. Power to the people

haha love that, well done bigfoot. well i my self always wear an seat belt becaues its safer. have been involved 3 times in an accident - never been my fault tho, always some druged freaks drove in my back i dont see the use of paying a fine for not wearing a seat belt - its just a robbery !! so your right with not guilty untill proven...even if, NEVER admitt

Hehe, i enjoyed it, got a bit of a high lol.But i do normally ware the seatbelt, never been in a crash, had 1 guy go wrong way on roundabout towards me, closest iv been to an accident, seen a fair few tho. but yes you should always ware you seatbelt.

Just follow the OJ case, beyond reasonable doubt, its almost a get out of jail free card providing you can afford it. But yes, he could have arrested me, i broke the law but he could never prove it and how much would it cost to do it if he was to go that route, as far as im concernd he went about it wrong, trated me like a crimanal flasing lights, frisked, put inthe back of the car, pff, if he gave me a ticket road side id of took it.
