I am so glad I was refused the bonus there,because of tracking issue.....lol......any way thats a crazy rule,espeically for a player thats makes a deposit to the site thats crazy, but becareful what you say about action here,im sure some of you remember the last time some one said any thing bad about action.........
I hope this doesnt affect my pending bonus for posting my thoughts

And Action Poker should give you the option of cashing out and canceling your pending bonus.
I have 15 days left on the bonus.I shouldnt have to rush to complete a bonus in order to cash out. A bonus that was given as a reward for the leaderboard.

I dont think he will be able to do anything, the rules are there for us all to see, stink as they might rules are rules, luckely you havent long to wait untill it expires. Is the restriction just for the leaderboardbonus? I cant see them putting restriction on all bonuses, that would be real crazy. Congrats for making leaderboard

lol thanks very much. Just spoke to support and the restriction is on all bonuses. :-S they only brought the rule in with in the last week or so they need to review it and change the restrictions.

ACTION POKER is a joke. as for Shaun he has been a no show for over a week. Support stinks on AP as does LIVE ( might as well call that area DEAD as they are useless and know nothing). Best to you bboy as from the looks of it Action Poker is now going to get less Action,( I stopped over a week ago).

LOL yeah maybe. Right sorted it was a new guys mistake or some thing round those lines. It has now been corrected and this rule is being removed LOL woooooo

Nice comments, I leave the office for one week on business and you slam me for not reading the this thread, think about how many issues I have fixed for players that come in from BRM some of them are our fault and some of them are your faults.
With comments like some of the above I wonder why we bother.
But in short to your posts and comments the T&C will be removed, there had ben some big bonus abuse and the person that added the term and briefed the team made a mistake this has not been sorted and you will have no issues cashing out if you have a pending bonus.

Thanks for the vote of confidence but some of the comments made a just out of order and really dont help.
We have never screwed a player and while I am working for Action it will never happen, we have given thousands of $$$ to BRM players both via the no deposit bonus and freeroll and still people are not happy, so you really think that after spending one year of my time posting on this forum we would screw players????
If you really feel the answer is yet post it and we will happily end the promo with BRM
