If they where a little more forthcoming or perhaps said " I really don't know, but let me find out for you" instead of being totally coy, or sent out emails,( automated can be a great thing), I think that Action would get a little more respect, not to mention more players . Just my opinion.

------------ Another one 4 you Shaun. On the WPS page where it shows plat/gold/silver/bronze, do you not think that the 2k turnty should be max 50 players, that being plat ONLY and the 1k for teh gold/silv and bronze, that way being plat has a benifit?
Also since the turny was cancelled by Action, this next one should be double to make it up to those of us who where there and are playing.
I can see the players that are left on site leaving if this is not corrected.

OK dlkiv, I don`t get the whole thing at all.
If You want to make a suggestion, email your feedback to Action Poker support, same thing as I did. Will they do something or not is at their discretion. If manager responsible for this has IQ higher than 90 he probably takes into consideration how will some decision affect Action Poker network.
I get your frustration about that tournament but this is becoming annoying. I don`t know what experience you have with Action poker support but all of my experiences were good, excellent to be true. I asked live support to indulge me with something and it they did even though they could just say no and it would be ok. I asked live support about anything i wanted to and got complete answers or at least assurance that someone from support will contact me by email and I got my answer in less than 24 hours. Correct answers and no problems. I did not send them dozen emails asking them to give me my "precious" answer, just one or not even that one.
Oh and next time when you speak about T&C, don`t give general value to things that are local. Read the rules before you enter some promotion and everything will be just fine. K

Was going to comment on the thread that started this whole story, but then it was closed by admin and I thought ok all's said that needed to be said. But since dlkiv has started a couple of new ones.. i would just like to point out that regardles of your numerous openings, no one here has really indicated that they agree with you that answers to your questions would help all other players. And I do believe that BRM forum is one of the best medias to get yourself heard if you want to talk to Action Poker and the Action Poker players.
In conclusion; if you really are keeping this up just to try and help others and are not going to play with Action anymore anyways.. I'd just let it go.
Can't say anything about their support, though.. have never had any problems and so never had to contact them regarding anything. if u ask me, that's a sign of a well run poker room. And if it is a one man show as you said.. then, well done the Man.
Would have copied Predobar's last line here but he's not online so can't ask 'bout the copy rights..

Wow all these post about action are really starting to get old,and boring I say forget about it already,if you cant, email them try that out see if it works,this like try to start a gun fight,with out a gun,just like old days one calling out another to a fight........ I think dragging this out like this doesnt help any 1. Thats just my oppion.....
