with swings as huge as yours the idea of a different bankrollmanagement makes sense, id say
other question you have to answer yourself. on the one hand you should continue as long as you win and your mindset is right. on the other hand you should stop before you get unconcentrated, unmotivated etc.
poker is also about learning selfdiscipline and discovering your own limits.
if i were you id just continue when i feel relaxed and fit. if your self-assessment turns out to be wrong you should have more then enuff of your bankroll left, if you applied proper bankrollmanagement.

Well, my suggestion is review your game, do you think that you have run lucky or have your good plays paid off. If the reason for your good run is good play, then keep going but if you have just gotten lucky then cash out for christ sake. And I don't only mean whether you have gotten your money in there with the best hand, because that is not very hard when you hit a lot, but whether you really think you can play each and every hand well regardless of how your day has been going.

Without blowing my own trumpet, it really is through good play, I've been running well, but also genuinly outplaying the table.
I mostly play the 10 and 20 buck 6max stt's on full tilt, and find that with a good solid game, I simply have an edge because the standard really is appaling

Posted by lglowka: You should take a brake. In poker you have to think and if you are tierd you have to rest a moment. Tired players are making stupid mistakes.
+1
a little break is always positive, read poker article, go on some blogs to see how they play, and how they do again the TILT ....
I don't think we can tell you if you need a break or not, it's up to you because it's only you who know how are you feeling mentally and physically, I mean are you feeling very hungry to play and win... good luck and make the right decision.

Overall you know best, asking advice is good but dont think any advice will help much. So my pennys worth, play when you want to play, when in that nice mood and not just for the sake of it.
"Btw, I am now planning on exercising proper bankroll management!" shame it took around $500 to take it on board, Gl and have fun.
