I allways use moneybookers cos my neteller was frozen cos max amount money blablabla... But there was still some bucks on this account so need to unfreze it. Now its unfrozen but need to verify bank account. I asked online chat here it is:

Ok, anybody has experienced this? I have to wait ok i understand, but then i get some code Maybe its my english but i read it 5 times i dont get it Please help.......

What I am understanding, now this is just what I get from reading it so not neccesarilly correct, is that she is saying you must submit all of your info "please send an email to [email protected]. Please include in the email your full name, the bank name, the currency the account is in, as well as the SWIFT and IBAN codes." which can be obtained from your bank. Once this is done you wait for up to 5 days for THEM to put in a small amount, such as .23 into your bank account just so that they can verify it is a real account. I hope this helped explain it to you and is correct information. I read this conversation a couple times and she is VERY confusing, please tell me if this helped and if you get this resolved, good luck.

When I withdrew from my NETteller the first time they deposited a few cents in the account I had given them. THEN I had to tell them, on their site, what the amount was. That is what she is trying to tell you first. What you should do is check your bankaccount, and find out the amount. And then log on to NETteller, and there you will find a small box where you type the amount. She cant of course tell you what the amount is, since this is a way for them to check that it really is your account, and not someone trying to steal your money.

You're welcome! Yes, you have to first check the bankaccount you gave to NETteller, and then go to your NETtelleraccount, and type the sum (like 0.23, or something), that they have deposited.

there are several payment methods doing this verification. they transfer some bucks to your standard bank account and you have to give them this amount to attest you are the owner of this bank account and this are the correct data.usually they take the money from your corresponding payment-account you want to use...
