From a purely playing aspect, yes BRM is definitely the best as the choice is wide and theres far more choice.
But from the point of view of an affilaite who refers people to the site, the payouts are in fact pretty dismal, and I do confess that from a selfish point of view, if theres a choice between here and other sites for the same poker room, then if I am referring them, I send them elsewhere because I make more money.
On other sites I make up to $220 per player for referring them to a site. My payout depends on how much they use the site. Here I make an abolute maximum of $5 for a sign up and $2 for each site they get a BR on. Working on an asusmption that each member will sign up for 3 bonuses ( and thats generous ) and receives the $50 then I make.. wait for it... $11.... No reward if they are very good players and make lots of money, like the other sites do..
No offence, but from an affiliates point of view, the payout is actually poor..
But hey, I like the site and the forum, so what the heck.. Its not all about money..

I'm not an affiliate so it doesn't bother me, but you do make a very good point.
Perhaps one The Mob should take note of - I know on other sites you can receive upto 4% of the referred players rake, for life with no upper limit. That could be quite a nice earner if you have a few players raking over $1000 a month.

If i play serious Bankrollmanagement my stack rises slow, but its rising. i am not that kind of player who is favourating this kind of playing because often i just want to bet as much as possible to win as much as possible
but i think this is the only way to build a big bankroll from a little. So i try to do it this way. Sometimes i just smell the big stack and its time for me to fall

Im fairly loyal, not so much as I used to be tho, I try to hold back from deals (NDB) I know BRM will eventually get, however cus it took them so long I get rakeback elsewere, but as fcumred the affliate is a big problem for me, I used to do it and BRM was the firs site I ever did it for, but when the cut came and I gave anouther way a go, well lets just say in a way im happy they did it, but it is a little harder to get coustomers, they do need to look in to the affliate rewards.

Pretty cool, I live in Toronto, in the beaches. What is the Henley Royal Regatta? And do you go to Niagara Falls often?
Yes I am only 20 minutes away. The Royal Henley Regatta is a worldwide rowing competition, as right at my back door is the course, you could say I have the best seats

Iv never understood why bankrollmob dont bother to educate there cliants, lets face it the more we win/deposit/cash out the more they get so wouldent it be wise to get some good info on here, probably best aimed at low stakes, all outher sites do, compatitions, quizes, vids, wrien info that you have to earn etc etc.

dlkiv, Nice Is the Henley Royal Regatta coming up soon? And have you played at Casino Niagara and Fallsview? And do you know the stakes? I want to go there some time.
B1gfoot, that's a pretty good idea, like a poker school section.
fcumred, I feel the same way. We talked about this in another thread. MobManager said he'd look into it and try to find a way to reward the "good affiliates". Nothing yet and that was back in January..

I heard fallsview has higher stakes. What games do you play? And do you like living near the water? I think everybody does, houses are usually cost more near water. I live 2 blocks from lake Ontario beach, I heard its not safe to swim though.

Cool, what`s your favourite game? And do you like mtts or sngs better? I think I seen $40 or $50 sngs on the Casino Niagara website, I think I would like to play those And do you have a big pool? I helped my cousin set up a pretty big pool, he has a $300 one from Walmart. When we tried to set it up at first, the ground wasn't even and when we filled it up 3/4, one side collapsed and all the water came out lol.
