well, i know we dont have to stop for a long time in order to get paid there next time. but just waiting for a day or two is absolutely fine with me. Well i usually win sometimes for tilting but not all the time i am termed as lucky there isnt it. so it all depends on how much i will get paid and next bonus also depends on how actively i am participating there right.. ANyways i will try back very soon after one or two days based on my tie availability.

You're not the only one who lose money in that way. This is poker. It's not a game to win everyday and everytime. I think that if you lose money on poker you don't have to stop playing such a period. Think this...let's say you stop playing until august. On first af august you play again and on you first hand you lose an amount of money greater than this one. What do you say about this? Not the time when you play poker is important.Are important your skills and your GOOD LUCK. My advice is that you play at highs limits to lay down few steps on the limits steps. Play small limits enjoy poker and don't be upset...maybe tommorow willl be your lucky day . Sorry for my english...
When I have a serious downswing I have at least 2 days off from poker of any kind. Then I usually play 1 or 2 Freerolls. If I feel comfortable enough after that I come back to play some poker.

im advising you to make a blog and decide only to play like 1-2 hours a day.
updating a blog gives this all a serious touch and you remember easier not to tilt or trash money at the casino.
allways know you dont play for the cash , but for fun, aslong you dont learn this you will tilt again and again, saying this cause i made similiar mistakes.
and you could stop playing cashgames and start playing sngs.

Thank you very much for all your advices! I took my decision, I will stop playing poker till August. Maybe it is the right thing to do. Not only because of my tilt, but also because i will have a period of exams and other stuffs that will take me a lot of time and concentration. In august i will be back with much more strenght and confidence!
when im tillting i go for Freerolls and playmoney by playmoney you cant lose .. . i play it for an hour win about 200 000 chips happy stop playing for the day chill at forum going icq to chat with girls meeting friends and play on next day cash aggain
its a good decision, you have to wait and think why you done. Think the cards and think about the chances. When you decide to start the poker again be calm, the most importat be calm, and everythin will be okay....i think but bad beat was,and will be
