Player 1 is probably trying to bully the table, with a big stack.
Player 2 may have something or he may try to say "well Player 1, I won't let you make the law at the table" and use his position.
So, for me, it's an all-in situation.

An analysis of their hand range and an ICM calculation would tell you the same, I guess...

I cant see how you can shove. you are going to be called anyway and you have a marginal hand that relies solely on luck. Personally I would fold and the shove on the SB if its folded to me. Either that or go all in when on the button.

J 9 just doesnt cut anything for me. Theres too much out there can beat you

No point in calling, your chips wont push any one off, there is no benafit even if you fold you have to go all in next hand or 2.
The good thing with this hand is if you do hit you will be back in the game, at this stage J9s is a farily good hand, id expect the big stack to bet out min, fairly standard, player 2 causes some consern but a call here looks weak so id not put him on too much of a hand (or player 1) so id say you got good odds to play, but its all in, id expect this hand to go HU.
If youu know the players and this is saying they do hold a hand then you can fold, 3 BB is ok to play with but you will be looking at a all in in the next few hands reguardless.
With a bit of luck if you fold the outher SS might go for the shove and lose and you win by default.
Me..id push all in.
You..you have been playing long enougth to make these easy desisions.

I'd shove. j9 suited does pretty good against 2 other hands unless they have an overpair. And there is no reason to suspect an overpair unless one of them is a super nitt. I try to avoid these situations but you can't always...

first id go find a tub of vaseline cuz your fd....id fold and start praying like hell i get something a bit better if not id wait till the 1900 chips got the bb call him all in then hoping the others on big stacks stay out. idealy he would fold give me one more round to try again lowering his stack and maybe forcing him into a mistake. i wouldnt call for the simple face two pairs or a straight is less likley than a pair of k a or q

If u are familiar with M-strategy you had pushed allin with previous hand when u where UTG position with any two cards. It gives u 2 oppurtunities to win the pot. You win the showdown or you win because everbody folds.

It's possible to lose a big pot the previous hand and be in the same situation but you're right. You should avoid these situations.

all-in, to small stack. You're probably have about 35% of winning against 2 unpaired high cards, and caller may fold giving you the right odds

I will call, as u can see the flop with 500 chips still left, going allin will leave you no options left, and both of them are going to call anyway. If u don't hit anything on flop u can always fold and wait for next blind, but if u hit anything decent u can go allin.

Calling makes absolutely ZERO sense in this situation. You absolutely need to hit something and even then you have 500 left and there is 2,100 in the pot. That's more than enough for me as one of the big stacks to call you even if I whiff the flop but still have a decent shot of getting rid of you.

It's either shove and hope for the best or fold and hope for a better hand. Honestly though suited semis with under 4 BBs left seem like a no brainer shove.
